Thanks for the post. Your take on Chris-chan really touched my heart. I’ve been reading thru this post, right after discovering Chris-chan’s article on ED, as well as the rest of his shenanigans. Honestly, I don’t know if I feel pity or empathy or shame or disgust for him. Seriously, I hope Chris reads this.

But c’mon, Chris, I’m four years your junior, and an autistic myself, but it’s such a shame on my part to see you degrading yourself and being zeroed in by those trolls. I expected something better from you. Bro, you really need help, and you really need to grow up…

I am thinking that maybe Chris Chan enjoys the attention that he receives, albeit mocking and negative. Why would he make a sex video of himself after his phone calls were released? He must either have a serious learnig disability, or must love the attention.

I just found this article you wrote on Chris. I’ve just recently been reading up on the whole saga. My Lord, this guy is in deep. Having studied autism in college some years ago, he DEFINITELY displays autistic behavior. Autistic people really do NOT see the world and other people in real terms. He hides behind his camera and websites in order to feel more comfortable. Unfortunately, his inappropriate sexual behavior is right in line with a grown autistic man.
Ronald, I really like your anecdotes about your own trials of being bullied. That part about the tape really broke my heart. I am a mother of 2 boys and I’m constantly talking to them about accepting EVERYONE into their lives. But I’m up against our human society of peers! Thanks for your words.

OK, I forgot my point. I’m sorry to see that the writer / artist is having such serious personal problems so as to get arrested at least twice by college mall cops (jerkops) and finally be thrown off the campus by the dean (also made a villain character in his stories, because she saw him as a bothersome stalker and pest). It reminded me of Ham Fisher and how his feud with Al Capp came to such a crazy and tragic end….

OK, I’ve been reading the rather imaginative Sonichu books, while I agree that the art is poor (so is mine),the stories are holding. My own characters HAVE to be adorably cute OR wildly ugly ! otherwise they are bland and hard to do. I finally turned to doing non-graphic novels. The website seems to have stalled with an issue that had Sonichu porn cut from it for some reason (It also had Obama vs. Bush jibes).
I first discovered Sonichu through porn of it on Paheal.
